Our expert technicians will arrive at your location within a maximum of 45 minutes in cities, and 60 minutes on highways, ready to perform on-site repairs to address the issue. Please note that the cost of any necessary parts, consumables, or replacement elements is not covered under this service.

If your vehicle suffers a flat or punctured tire, On The Go Saviour will assess the condition of your spare tire and provide assistance accordingly. In cases where a suitable spare tire is not available, we offer a ‘Puncture Repair Assistance’ service to get you moving again.

In the event of a dead battery preventing your vehicle from starting, On The Go Saviour will arrange for jumpstarting or charging support. Please be aware that this service does not include the supply of replacement parts or materials.

Should your covered vehicle run out of fuel, rest assured that On The Go Saviour has you covered. We will deliver up to 5 liters of petrol or diesel directly to your location. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the fuel on the spot. Please note that this service is applicable to vehicles on the road and within a 10-kilometer radius from any approved workshop. This limitation is in place due to the practical challenges of transporting fuel over longer distances.
